Distilling Condenser

Condenser is a crucial part of the distilling system. In a simple pot still configuration (alembic) the output of the system is directly proportioned to the efficiency of the condenser. A cool running condenser with a large surface area will immediately cool alcohol vapors and will increase the amount of distillate.

In reflux configuration the reflux condenser regulates the strength of alcohol that is produced.
