Baked Halibut Loaf
Baked halibut loaf
Ingredients
- 2 cups flaked halibut
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1-1/2 cups soft bread cubes
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup coffee cream
- 1 teaspoon grated onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 eggs, beaten
Instructions
- Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Place in a well greased loaf pan, 9-1/2 x 5-1/4 x 2-3/4 inches.
- Bake in a moderate oven, 350° F, for 1 hour or until loaf is firm in the center.
