Salmon Kedgeree
Salmon kedgeree
Ingredients
- 2 7-ounce cans smoked salmon
- 2 cups fluffy cooked rice
- 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter or other fat, melted
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup hot milk
- Dash pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Drain and flake salmon.
- Combine ingredients in top of a double boiler and heat over hot water.
