Hot Tuna Mushroom Canapes
Hot tuna mushroom canapes.
Ingredients
- 1 can (6-1/2 or 7 ounces) tuna
- 1/2 cup condensed mushroom soup
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped pimiento
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped green pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Dash paprika
- 32 round crackers
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
Instructions
- Drain tuna.
- Flake.
- Add soup, pimiento, green pepper and seasoning; blend into a paste.
- Spread on crackers.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Place on a cooky sheet, 15-1/2 x 12 inches.
- Broil about 3 inches from source of heat for 5 minutes or until cheese browns.

Makes 32 canapés.
