Tuna and Corn Casserole
Tuna and corn casserole.
Ingredients
- 2 cans (6-1/2 or 7 ounces each) tuna
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/4 cup butter or other fat, melted
- 1 package (8 ounces) macaroni
- 1 can (1 pound 4 ounces) cream style corn
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
- Paprika
Instructions
- Drain tuna. Break into large pieces.
- Cook onion and green pepper in butter until tender.
- Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain.
- Combine all ingredients except paprika.
- Place in a well greased, 2-quart casserole.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake in a moderate oven, 350° F, for 50 minutes.
