Tuna Salad
Ingredients
- 2 cans (6-1/2 or 7 ounces each) tuna
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons chopped sweet pickle
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
- Lettuce
- 1 hard boiled egg, sliced
Instructions
- Drain tuna.
- Break into large pieces.
- Combine all ingredients except lettuce and egg.
- Serve on lettuce; garnish with egg slices.
