Boiled Spiny Lobster Tails
Boiled spiny lobster tails.
Ingredients
- 6 frozen spiny lobster tails (5 to 8 ounces each)
- 2 quarts boiling water
- 1/3 cup salt
- Melted butter
Instructions
- Place lobster tails in boiling salted water.
- Cover and return to boiling point.
- Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on size of lobster tails.
- Drain.
- Cut in half lengthwise.
- Serve with butter.
