Lobster In Sour Cream
Lobster in sour cream.
Ingredients
- 3/4 pound cooked lobster meat
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 egg, beaten
- Toast points
Instructions
- Cut lobster meat in 1/2-inch pieces.
- Combine the next 6 ingredients and heat.
- Stir a little of the hot sauce into egg; add to remaining sauce, stirring constantly.
- Add lobster meat and heat.
- Serve on toast points.
