Lobster Stuffed Eggs

Lobster stuffed eggs.
Ingredients
  • 1 pound cooked lobster meat
  • 1 teaspoon grated onion
  • 1 teaspoon chopped green pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chopped pimiento
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1-1/2 dozen hard boiled eggs
  • Parsley
Instructions
  1. Chop lobster meat.
  2. Add onion, green pepper, pimiento, chili sauce and mayonnaise.
  3. Chill.
  4. Cut eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks.
  5. Place lobster mixtrue in egg whites.
  6. Garnish with Parsley.
