Oyster Kabobs
Oyster kabobs.
Ingredients
- 1 pint select oysters
- 6 slices bacon
- 4 tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Cut the bacon in 2 inch pieces.
- Arrange a slice of bacon, an oyster and thick slice of tomato on skewers.
- Repeat the arrangement.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and place skewers across baking dish, leaving a little space between the bacon, oyster and tomatoes on the skewers.
- Bake in very hot oven 500° F about 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
