Pigs In Blankets
Pigs in blankets.
Ingredients
- 1 pint select oysters
- 12 slices bacon
Instructions
- Drain and dry oysters.
- Wrap each oyster in half a slice of bacon and fasten with a toothpick.
- Place on preheated broiler pan about 3 inches from heat and broil 3 minutes; turn and cook other side about 2 minutes, or until bacon is crisp.
- Remove toothpicks and serve on buttered toast.
