Baked Scallop Timbales
Baked scallop timbales.
Ingredients
- 1 pound scallops, fresh or frozen
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 1 cup soft bread cubes
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
- 1/3 cup milk
- 3 eggs, beaten
Instructions
- Thaw frozen scallops. Remove any shell particles and wash.
- Chop scallops.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Place in 6 well greased, individual shells or 5-ounce custard cups.
- Bake in a moderate oven, 350° F, for 25 to 30 minutes or until firm in the center and brown.
