Scallop Salad
Scallop salad.
Ingredients
- 3/4 pound cooked scallops
- 3 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/3 cup sliced radishes
- 1/2 cup French dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
- Lettuce
- Tomato wedges
Instructions
- Chop scallops. Chill.
- Combine remaining ingredients except lettuce and tomatoes.
- Serve on lettuce; garnish with tomato wedges.
