Sea Scallop Souffle Snacks
Sea scallop soufflé snacks.
Ingredients
- 1 pound cooked sea scallops
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 2 tablespoons drained sweet pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Dash pepper
- 1 egg white, beaten
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except scallops and egg white.
- Mix well.
- Fold into egg white.
- Place scallops on a well greased cooky sheet, 15 x 12 inches.
- Top each scallop with mayonnaise mixture.
- Broil about 3 inches from source of heat for 3 to 4 minutes or until brown.
Notes
Makes about 36 hors d'oeuvres.
